Kids Surf Shorts

The surf shorts are an awesome pattern for both chilling at the beach, swimming, or even for a nice dinner! Though you can use any knit or woven fabrics (with a few small adjustments for woven), this pattern was designed with stretch boardshort or stretch woven in mind. With a faux fly and working pockets, these shorts are a perfect grab for almost any occasion!

The kids version of these shorts has a slim fit. To get the right fit, be sure to read through the instructions, size up if needed (with non stretch woven), and make a muslin before cutting into your pretty fabric!
